My Way News - Gore Says Carbon Emission Cuts Essential

So Gore says we are doomed unless we change the laws and adhere to them. How about we go back a little bit here and live by the two "Great Commandments"
1) Love the Lord which means as he said, "If you love me, keep my commandments"
2) Love your neighbor as yourself

Better describe the good news this means for me and for mine. If I love someone then I genuinely care about their well-being and, expect nothing in return. I wonder if the Peace Committee would like to give Jesus Christ an award for Matthew 6: 24-34? Seems as though there are some of this world who would try to help us think our way into submission rather than act our lives out as if there might be some deeper meaning to it all. I'm struggling to understand the motives of those who are calling upon mankind to change behavior through words. Like someone has pointed out in this debate (and I can call it whatever I want) over global warming: "It's the sun stupid." In like manner, the debate over who is in charge has been narrowed down to two sides. The wordy and worldly fashions seems to be a conglomeration of rights and wrongs called in from the dualistic vision of heaven and hell. I'm not the author of that so don't blame me when it comes out to be correct. But if I'm not for it I must be against it? I guess I'm screwed! How about I act like there is something I can do about this problem and then make a change. Heck, I can't even light a match without adding to the corruption in the atmosphere. Let's blame the guy who invented fire. But this other side of precocious labor is where I need to be and contains some open-mindedness I don't too much of in these times. I believe that Jesus Christ is my personal savior and that He is the literal Son of God, sent here in the meridian of time to show me how to live the way I chose to live before this life. And I trust that after this mortal follows the way of all the Earth, then I will be judged for my actions while in the earthly tabernacle of clay. So what is everybody doing judging everybody so early? We have plenty of time for that in the hereafter.

Former Vice President Al Gore has stated he will leave the opportunity to seek public office in the same place former President William Jefferson Clinton left his. I don't think Hilariously Rotten will approve. Tippered Tupper doesn't seem to mind though. Maybe in another parallel universe this is happening ahead of schedule but I don't fall for the what ifs anymore. Besides, the United Nations, in collusion with the Plan to Reduce Nuclear Threats from Third World Mobocrats (PRNTTWM), has already drafted a constitution of threats to entities world-wide who have failed to sign on to the treaties already acknowledged and signed by the wannabee gods and rulers of first and second world mobocrats. Included in the constitution's original draft is a threat that UN and PRNTTWM will ban breathing at fifteen minute intervals for anyone not changing light bulbs to the new energy star rated lead free, acid reduction, non-bleached, freon tested light bulbs manufactured in Peking using the trade mark "Keyotoe3" which comes only in the 33 watt version and will not work in homes which use coal fired generators for an electric power source.

This morning at the San Juan Cancer Center, while using the toilet, I saw a familiar application installed in nursing facilities, hospital rooms and other places where someone might end up if they are not good. It was a red cord attached to a hole in the wall that had a sign near the hole that said, "Pull Cord for Help" and I gave it a second thought before flushing the toilet. Yes, a second thought that maybe if I pulled the cord I really would get some help. I don't need a fire truck or a paramedic. I really need to pay my bills and I haven't had a paycheck in well over a year. Maybe that's because I haven't worked since the dissaster at "The Place" in Ridgway a year ago last July 16th. But I have been quite helpful I hope to all those who have been here at Lot Avenue since last year. Last I counted there have been nine men and a couple of women (who are not allowed to stay overnight) whom I have had the privilege to serve in some manner. And all of this was done with a budget of less than $15,000. So really am being tempted to pull the help cord right now as the bills have gone over budget and there is a shortfall right now of close to $2,000.

What does any of that have to do with climate change, global warming, greenhouse gas or carbon dioxide releases? Well dagnabit! It has everything to do with it. I CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR MY OWN ENERGY ANYMORE! So, without even guessing anymore, I'll trust that God knows what He is doing with me and leave it at that. I'm positive the utility companies want their money. If I don't give them $83 by 4 PM tomorrow they will turn off my source of power to accomplish anything from the smallest of chores like cooking dinner to the largest of my efforts to keep the neighborhood informed of changes in the sunspots. The latter requires I remain hooked up to the Internet and my help cord for that is crawling back into its hole as I write.

So, Al, please Al, give me some rest. Or better yet, let me borrow some of that hand held energy the kids in Stockholm gave you today. Every little bit helps doesn't it.
